For me personally, family on my fathers side comes from Finland and that was inspiration for making a Finland based comic. However, only since making this comic have I actually discovered some of Finnish culture, as well as other cultures while making this comic series. It’s actually part of the fun of making this comic.

Anyway, this particular page was a play on motion, indicated by the phone flying thorough the panels. Looking back on this page, I wonder what I could do with the motion if I drew this page today, especially given the newest page that was uploaded yesterday. Perhaps I’ll be making some edits when this page sees publication in paper back.
